Small town barbeque places can be hit or miss. The White Diamond Grill in Bonaire is a definite hit. This family owned grill has been in Bonaire since 1949. Their Q is pit cooked over oak and hickory. I ordered the Q sandwich with slaw, a bowl of baked beans and some fried onion rings. Your Q sandwich comes with the sauce already blended with the Q. The excellent sauce is a mustard and vinegar based mix. My Q sandwich with its white, green and carrot speckled slaw was excellent! The baked beans were good and the onion rings were especially good. They do take VISA. Note: The name White Diamond comes from the diamond pattern on the outside cinderblock.
