As for the photos, I was not permitted to shoot the industrial/steam punkish interior of this Works, but I did get my first ever taste of Canadian Poutine. Poutine is a French-Canadian concoction of fries (the Works fries are fresh-cut), fresh cheese curds and gravy. As excellent as my Poutine was and is, the Works is known for their burgers. The burgers are made with the best fresh 100% Canadian beef, they are hand-pressed daily and flame-grilled. You can also get a patty made with lean domestic elk. My excellent Rough Rider Comeback burger (served in a baking pan) was topped with caramelized onions, bold bbq sauce, Jack cheese and bacon. Enjoy!
