Smokie's whole Boston Butts are cooked with gas and smoked with hickory wood for 12 hours in-house. The pork, brisket and ribs are all dry-rubbed before cooking. All of their sauces are home-made and my favorite, their sweet and tangy, is excellent! My chopped Q sandwich topped with slaw was superb and it was even better with some sweet and tangy. I also had a very good sweet tea and solid baked beans. Enjoy!
