Located across from Gainesville High School in Washington Square Shopping Center, Rick's Smokin' Pig opened in April of 2010. Rick's smokes their Boston Butts on-site with hickory. You order at the register first and then sit anywhere. You have a choice of three sauces; pig vinegar (very good), sweet and spicy (very good) and their original, which was my favorite of the three. I had a great pulled pork sandwich with good fries and excellent baked beans. For desert I sampled a delicious bread pudding and an excellent banana pudding. Enjoy!
