The Penn State Creamery is one of the best in the country and I have wanted to visit State College for years now, but the road has taken me elsewhere. A recent visit to the Hotel Bethlehem (near the Moravian College circa 1742) surprisingly gave me just what I wanted, all be it a satellite of the mother ship, this would do me just fine. I had one huge scoop of their superbly rich and creamy butter pecan in a cup. This was a great find! Enjoy!
