My 100% all beef Dyer's single (topped with mustard, onions and a pickle) is fried to order in their famous 100 year old grease (it's strained daily). My juicy single dripped rich, dark, black grease with every bite. I have tasted the history and it is very good, but it is also greasy. Famous since 1912, Dyer's is located on Beale Street across from the W.C. Handy Park. Enjoy!
