At the crossroads of NC Route 86 & 158, near the brick and stone welcome to Yanceyville sign, sits Brigg's BBQ. Brigg's electrically cooks/smokes their Boston Butts with hickory wood pellets. As you can see, I had their chopped Q plate (excellent, juicy and even better with their sauce), very good deviled eggs, superbly sweet slaw and 2 rolls that are great for sopping-up the extra slaw and Q sauce (Jim's Own Q sauce, Cary, NC.) The owner and staff are very friendly and the service is great! Enjoy!
