Are you hungry enough to eat a whole hog? Greene's BBQ can make that
happen. They specialize in catering whole hogs. Need a bucket of ribs? They can do that too. I needed lunch, so I got the
Mac & cheese, a side of slaw, sweet tea and a chopped Q sandwich. No bun, just two slices of white bread make up the sandwich.
Boston Butts are cooked over oak and hickory. The slaw is white cabbage with a few carrot specks. The slaw's sauce is
creamy with a vinegar base. My slaw, tea and Mac & cheese were all very good. My sauced Q sandwich was excellent! The
very tasty orange Q sauce is tomato & ketchup based. Greene's also has baked beans, potato salad, greens, corn, cobbler,
and the more traditional South Carolina hash & rice. Everything @ Greene's is homemade. Eat & Enjoy!
